Thanks for your support and enthusiasm for Podcamp Kids. As you can see, it's early stages yet. And I've never thrown a podcamp before. So your help is VERY welcome. Please jump in with your thoughts and ideas, share advice if you have any, and please help spread the word. Thanks!

Welcome to Podcamp Kids Boston

Inspired by Podcamp Boston 5 (#pcb5) and the great work being done in this space by kids (like @kidcriticusa), I'd like to investigate the possibilities for Podcamp Kids Boston.

Let's brainstorm about:

Focus - what is the purpose?

Who - kids -- ages? Families? Should this be renamed Family Podcamp Boston? What is adult role? Teach? Assist? Back off and let kids do it all?

Where?

When?

Potential sponsors?

Who is interested?

Who can help put this together?

How should this be similar to podcamp? How should it differ?

Session(s) on internet safety and other issues relevant to parents? Or keep it kid-targeted?

Would love to see sessions on video, audio, the basics of blogging
